Abstract
The advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed various industries, with Human Resource Management (HRM) being no exception. This paper explores the integration of AI chatbots within SAP SuccessFactors, a leading Human Capital Management (HCM) suite. It examines how AI chatbots enhance HR functionalities, streamline processes, and improve user experiences. The study also addresses potential challenges and the future trajectory of AI in HRM
